Quick Question

So, here's a quick question:

I see these damn bumper stickers everywhere: Freedom is not free. What does that mean? Why is freedom not free? This implies that freedom is not the natural state of things. If it is not the natural state of things, what is it worth?

Hey, you have a great blog here!
I have a tea cart site/blog. It pretty much covers tea cart related stuff.

Come and check it out if you get time :-)

"From time to time, the tree of liberty must be watered with the blood of
tyrants and patriots."

-Thomas Jefferson

The "tyrants" part of the quotation is often omitted. Thos Jefferson was one of the few who survived the revolution...and did not too bad for it. Most of them ended up dead or financially destroyed at the hands of the British. It was a nasty fight.
